a calmer way to understand what's actually happening inside your body.

WellSavvy is a nutrition app built on care, not rules. See what your body has, what it needs, and how everything connects — and keep it in balance, your way.

We'll only email when there's something genuinely worth reading — and we'll never share your email.

if any of this sounds familiar, you're who we're building for.

Maybe you eat thoughtfully, yet can't quite say whether your body is actually getting everything it needs.

Maybe your body has changed lately, and you can't quite name why.

Maybe you have more data than ever, and still no idea what it means.

And maybe you're a little tired of every app turning into a diet, or telling you what to do.

That's why we're building WellSavvy: a clearer picture of your own body, and simple ways to support it.

see clearly, act gently.

It starts with your nutrition — and connects it to everything else happening in your body.

your nutrients, the long view. Not just what you ate today — how your body's reserves rise and fall over time, often long before you'd feel it. So you can see whether you're truly getting what you need.

everything, connected — conclusions, not just charts. Your food, sleep, movement, water, energy, and mood, read as one story, with data from your watch, ring, or the health apps you already use folded in. WellSavvy turns your patterns into clear takeaways and suggestions: what's working, what might be worth adjusting, and where you could focus next.

a day that feels like a diary. Log your meals by voice, photo, text, or barcode, and add your activity, water, and how you feel in a couple of taps. If you use a watch, a ring, or health apps, WellSavvy syncs their data too — sleep, steps, and the rest. Each day also brings something made for you: a nutrition fact worth knowing, a personal tip, a small insight.

gentle, on your terms. Your targets are gentle ranges, not exact numbers, and they adjust to how active your day actually is — because real life doesn't land on the same number every day. You choose what you see and what stays hidden, the goals you set (or none at all), and how much detail you want — from a calm glance to a deep dive.

a library to dip into. Browse recipes or add your own, read up on foods and nutrients, and keep a pantry of what's in your fridge and shopping list — so Savvy, your AI helper, can suggest foods you already have for your needs.

savvy, when you want it. Your built-in AI helper, a chat away — it speeds up logging, learns what matters to you, and answers your questions, like "why have i been so tired lately?"

It all adds up to a clear map of your own body — and you choose where to go.

what we'll never do.

What we leave out matters as much as what we put in. So here's what you'll never find:

  • — No weight-loss mode. No before-and-after. No scale at the center.
  • — No diets, no meal plans to follow, no restriction, no streak guilt.
  • — No supplements to sell you. No affiliate links in our recipes.
  • — Your data, never sold. To anyone.
  • — And Savvy will never push diets, fasting, or quick weight-loss fixes. It's built with firm limits around anything that could cause harm.

who's building this.

We're [founder names] — two people who built the app we wanted to use ourselves.

It started with a question we couldn't answer: is the food we eat actually giving our bodies what they need? The deeper we looked, the clearer it became that the answer doesn't live in a single day's numbers. Nutrition works as a system — what your body builds up and draws on over time, shaped by how you live, move, sleep, and feel.

We wanted to see that whole picture in one place, and to have gentle, realistic ways to act on it — to feel better day to day and stay well for years ahead. Nothing we tried offered all of it together, so we decided to build it ourselves.

what you get for joining now.

We're building WellSavvy now, alongside the people who join early. Founding members get:

first access when we open the doors.

the founding price, for as long as you stay. When we launch, everyone can try WellSavvy free for two weeks. If you decide to stay, you'll keep a special founding price — reserved for the waitlist, locked in for as long as you're with us. It's how we thank the people who joined us first.

a real say, if you want it. After you join, you can opt into a small founding circle helping shape what we build.

We want WellSavvy to be truly useful for the people it's made for — so from the very start, we're here to listen.

questions you might have.

No. WellSavvy doesn't put you on a plan — it helps you see what's happening in your body and gently suggests what might help. The choices stay yours.

Calories are optional here — context you can turn on if it's useful, and hide completely if it's not. They're never the main score, and never something to feel over or under about.

No. WellSavvy works on its own. If you already use a watch, a ring, or a health app, it'll fold that data in — and if you don't, you'll still get the full picture.

WellSavvy builds your nutrient picture from what you log, grounded in established nutrition science — how the body absorbs, stores, and uses each nutrient. Everything we show you rests on that science, and we're always clear about the logic behind it.

No. WellSavvy is for everyday understanding and wellbeing — it doesn't diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, and it's not a substitute for your doctor. It can sit alongside their advice, not replace it.

Your goals are yours — weight goals included. What you won't find is a crash program, restriction, or shame — WellSavvy keeps the focus on nourishing your body, at a pace that doesn't harm it.

We're building it now, and we expect to open early access in the coming months.

Anyone curious about what they eat and how to feel well — who wants to go deeper than counting calories and macros and see the whole picture of what's happening in their body. Curiosity is enough.
